Day 01: Delhi Arrival

On your arrival at Delhi international airport, you will be met by our company representative. You will be transferred to the car and drive to the hotel. Check-in the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Delhi

Have breakfast at the hotel and then leave for sightseeing in Delhi. You will visit Red Fort (Lal Qila)- Mughal emperor Shah Jahan began construction of the massive fort in 1638 and it was completed in 1648. The compound of this monument comprises of many buildings like the Diwan-I-Aam, Mumtaz Mahal, Rang Mahal, Khas Mahal and many others. Red Fort is also listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site. Humayun’s Tomb – This mausoleum was built in the year 1565 by Mughal emperor Humayun’s wife Haji Begum (Bega Begum). It was the first garden-tomb of the Indian subcontinent and has the grave of Mughal emperor Humayun. Jama Masjid – This mosque is also known as Masjid-i Jahan-Numa and was built in between 1644 – 1656 by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Jama Masjid is the largest mosque in India and has a big courtyard, wherein 25,000 people can offer prayers at a single point of time. Qutub Minar- This UNESCO World Heritage Site is the second largest minaret in India and was built in 1192 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak. It is 240 feet (73 meter) tall and first three storeys are made of red sandstone; the fourth and fifth storeys are of marble and red sandstone. In the evening, explore Chandhi Chowk and Khari Baoli market by taking a rickshaw ride. Overnight stay in hotel at Delhi.

Day 03 : Delhi – Amritsar (by train)

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be dropped at Delhi railway station to board the Shatabdi express train to Amritsar. On arrival at Amritsar railway station, you will be transferred to the car and drive towards your hotel. Check-in the hotel and relax. Later in the evening, you will go to Wagah border to witness the India- Pakistan retreat ceremony. Overnight stay in hotel at Amritsar.

Day 04: Amritsar – Dharamshala

After early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Golden Temple to attend the prayers. Also watch the grand communal feast at this temple and participate in cooking, washing, cleaning, feeding and other activities at the Langar (feast) Hall. You will also visit Jalianwala Bagh. Later you will leave for Dharamshala. On arrival, check-in the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 05: Dharamshala

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for sightseeing in Dharamshala. You will visit Dal Lake, Bhagsu Falls, St. John Church and Bhagsu nag Temple. If lucky get an opportunity to meet His Holiness Dalai Lama. Overnight stay in hotel at Dharamshala.

Day 06: Dharamshala – Taragarh

Have having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for spectacular Pathankot-Jogindernagar toy train from Kangra valley station to Palampur and reach Taragarh. Overnight stay in hotel at Taragarh.

Day 07: Taragarh

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for excursion to Baijnath temple or Andretta (a village associated with some renowned artists). Overnight stay in hotel at Taragarh.

Day 08: Taragarh – Shimla

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for Shimla. On arrival, check-in the hotel for relax. In the evening, you can stroll around the Mall that shows the lifestyle of this beautiful place. Overnight stay in hotel at Shimla.

Day 09: Shimla

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for sightseeing in Shimla. You will visit Jakhu Temple, Green Valley and Shimla State Museum. Overnight stay in hotel at Shimla.

Day 10: Shimla

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you can relax. Rest of the day is at leisure. Optional- You can go for excursion to Narkanda or Kurfi. Overnight stay in hotel at Shimla.

Day 11: Shimla – Delhi

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for Kalka railway station to board your train to Delhi. On arrival, you will check-in the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 12: Departure

Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will be dropped at Delhi airport to board your international flight to home or next destination.
